We had so much fun capturing the wedding of Julia and Michael. They were married at the stunning Manhattan Penthouse. Surrounded by friends and family, the newlyweds danced the night away.

The wedding ceremony of Helen and Chris was held at the beautiful Battery Gardens.

There ceremony and reception was such a fun occasion. Everyone had fun dancing the night away, at the reception, celebrating the marriage of Helen and Chris.

Jessica and Jesse were so excited to see each other on their wedding day and you could see the happiness in their eyes as they saw each other for the first time.We always love when couples share a first look.

The weather was perfect during the outdoor ceremony at the Midtown Loft and Terrace and the rain at the end of the evening provided a great backdrop for the photo shoot afterwards.  The evening was filled with dancing and heartfelt speeches. We could not have hand-picked a more loving and sweet couple to capture, and we were truly touched by the love the couple shared for each other.

Suzanne and David celebrated their wedding at the elegant and lavish Pearl River Hilton in New York.

Suzanne looked radiant as she prepared for the ceremony surrounded by her loving bridal party while the groom spent his last few moments as a single man drinking beer with his buddies in the next room. They had a beautiful ceremony, surrounding by the rich colors of red rose petals and the company of many family and friends.

David’s sister made a touching speech that highlighted her brother’s dedication, generosity, and problem-solving skills and ended by saying that Suzanne and David together seemed “easy and right”. The Inspiring speech that Suzanne’s cousin spoke left everyone with this great advice  ”You don’t marry someone you can live with. You marry the person you cannot live without.”

We had a great time working with Suzanne and David. Their wedding was so beautiful and we loved that we were able to capture their special day for them to cherish for years to come.

EPIQ Donates Equipment to FDNY

GNC and Iovate Health Sciences International Inc., under its brand name EPIQ provided FDNY Engine 4 Ladder 15 with an entire set of new fitness equipment and top-notch supplements for their team after Hurricane Sandy destroyed their gym.

Chris Fig Productions was able to capture the event exclusively for EPIQ and GNC. Brent Coward, Director, Brand Management  – Sports Nutrition of Iovate Health Sciences Inc. presented the equipment to Captain David Drake, a 16-year veteran of the FDNY. The department had not been able to work out at the station since Hurricane Sandy flooded their firehouse with 8 feet of water.

With this gift, EPIQ and GNC were able to show their gratitude to our city’s heroes and give them a boost to keep them in shape after losing their workout equipment.

The package also included an impressive array of EPIQ’s muscle building supplements engineered by Iovate Health Science’s International Inc. and are meant to enhance athletic performance. The supplements are touted as cleaner than other muscle enhancing products because they are guaranteed free of harmful impurities, artificial dyes or colors, and banned substances (WADA).

As New York City still recovers from the devastating effects of Hurricane Sandy, this generous contribution from EPIQ and GNC serves as a great thank you to our FDNY for serving our city.

At Chris Fig Productions, we are extremely lucky to have the opportunity to shoot weddings at so many awesome locations. New York is filled with wedding venue after wedding venue and it can be a daunting task to choose a location the fits perfectly for your wedding day. We have selected a few of our favorite venues to share with you.

Our first pick for a New York wedding venue is Gotham Hall. Everything about this venue is unimaginable beautiful and their slogan says it all, it is “Where Style Meet Sophistication”. From the elaborate architecture to the seven-story ball room,this venue is truly unforgettable and is sure to “wow” all of your guest in attendance.

If you travel a short 45 min from Manhattan you will find the former estate of Mark Twain, and our next wedding venue pick. The Tappan Hill Mansion is located Tarrytown New York overlooking the scenic Hudson Valley. No matter if your having a small intimate wedding or a large celebration, this venue is sure to be the perfect backdrop.

Our final pick for this blog post is the New York Botanical Garden. The Garden Terrace Room is decorated with amazing hand painted murals that compliment  the great architectural detail. Outside of the main ballroom is a tent that is the perfect place for your cocktail hour. Whether your having a large or small wedding the New York Botanical Garden is sure to add that special touch to you wedding day.

Kimberly and Michael celebrated their wedding day at the beautiful Lyndhurst Castle in Tarrytown, NY .
Everything about this wedding was perfection – from the stunning bride and to the amazing venue.   The reception was filled with so much excitement and love for the newlyweds.

The speeches were filled with touching words for the bride and groom. The Maid of Honor, Kimberly’s sister said during her speech, “I have looked up and admired you my entire life and to watch you stand up there today and marry your one and only love makes me beyond happy.”

Michael’s twin brother spoke about all the things that have changed in the long time that Kimberly and Michael have been together but the one thing that has remained the same is” We can all still see the same joy and happiness and playfulness that they had from 11 years ago.”

At Chris Fig Productions, we were thrilled to be a part of Kimberly and Michael’s wedding day; it was a great joy to be a part of such a fantastic wedding filled with so much love.
